Account and payment data

• Clerk handles account sign-in.
• Stripe handles card payments.
• Lux stores account identifiers, purchase records, credit balances, and usage records.
• Metronome handles billing records.

Test data and evidence

Lux stores project URLs, tasks, agent settings, run activity, and findings. Evidence can include page text, screenshots, network responses, and test results from the app you test.

Service providers

• Lux sends task and test information to OpenAI for model processing.
• Workers run on Fly.io.
• Vercel serves the app.
• AWS S3 stores evidence.

Information sent to these services is subject to their data policies.

Credentials and access

Saved target credentials are encrypted. Workers receive credentials for their assigned project. Use test accounts with only the access the test needs.

Retention and requests

• Evidence is kept for 30 days by default. Account settings can change this period.
• Evidence removal does not remove run records or finding summaries.
• Contact support for account or data requests.
• Provider records can have separate retention periods.
